Fish the Mechanic is a lead generation platform only. We connect customers with independent mechanics. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

Fish the Mechanic is NOT a party to any service agreement between you and a customer.
Fish the Mechanic is NOT liable for any disputes, charges, property damage, personal injury, or issues of any kind arising from services you perform.
Fish the Mechanic is NOT responsible for the accuracy of any diagnosis, repair, or quote you provide.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Fish the Mechanic.
You are solely responsible for your own work, tools, licensing, insurance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
All disputes between you and a customer are to be resolved directly between the two parties. Fish the Mechanic will not mediate, arbitrate, or assume liability for any such disputes.
Fish the Mechanic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of platform rules or excessive complaints.

A $10.00 platform fee applies per completed job after your first 30 days. You will receive daily billing summaries by email. Invoices are sent weekly.

I understand that Fish the Mechanic is not liable for any disputes, charges, or issues arising from my services. I confirm that I am a qualified, experienced mechanic and that all information I have provided is accurate and truthful.
